Goods must be returned within 10 business days in original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued as store credit. Tax and import duties & Shipping charges (outside India) are not refunded.

We recommend you to make a video of unboxing and if packaging is looking like damage, then ask for open-box-delivery to delivery person at a time of delivery.
