    Does Jaipur Furniture ship internationally?

    As of now, Jaipur Furniture doesn't ship items outside of India. However, Jaipur Furniture does allow you to make purchases for your loved ones in India from anywhere in the world by using your credit or debit cards issued in India. You need to ensure that the Shipping Address is in India.

    Can I cancel an order?

    We DO NOT HAVE A ‘Change of Heart’ Cancellation policy In cases where the product on arrival is damaged or defective, we can offer a service or replacement for the item.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

    Products are usually delivered within 7-10 days of order confirmation if they are in stock, depending on your location. For all the furniture products not in stock, we deliver the same within 45-60 days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). For the Customised products, we deliver the Orders within 60 Days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). You will receive a notification once the product is dispatched for delivery.

    How can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
    • To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer care team. Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. We will try our best to help you with the change of address.

    How do you pack items/products?

    All items are packed securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use durable boxes and cushioning to protect your products during transit.

    In case of damaged packing ask for open-box-delivery. We suggest you to always make video of unboxing.
