Refund Policy

 We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery.You must address or submit the damage/defect concern within 72 hours. Any queries for damage/defect will not be entertained once the timeline is breached.For fragile products, customers are requested to share an unboxing video in case of damage/defect.

  •  Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. 
  • Once the order has reached your nearest delivery centre and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 7 days, after this time line, JFIPL shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
  •  We will offer replacement or refund for any defective items within 15 days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse. This means the once the refund is approved, the customer will get the refund within 15 days in his/ her account. For merchandise picked up at home, refunds will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pick-up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.

Custom Orders

Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.

Clearance Sale

Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return & Refund:

If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

  • All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.
  • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
  • Refund will be initiated via NEFT or by the way payment was originally made.
  • Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.


There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order (example Upholstery, Wood Finish, or any customization), new order or a different product.

We reserve the right to amend our returns and refund policy at any point of time.
